You or your spouse must be employed by the same employer for at least 1 year.

You or your spouse must be employed by your current employer for at least 4 months and at least 2 years by your previous employer.

You or your spouse must receive a permanent monthly income (i.e. pension, Social Security, etc.).

If you don’t meet one of the above three requirements, you will need a co-borrower (who does meet the above requirements) on the application.
